so I gave my body a break to keep from "going into starvation" and i'm disgusted with eating a piece of chicken, baked beans and 1/2 cup of mac and cheese. I gained an entire pound. Time to put this 5 pounds per week for 8 weeks challenge to the test. Hopefully some of this is water weight
156.9 lb Lost so far: 8.1 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it! Starvation mode SUCKS, I think that's what I hit because no way should I be gaining weight. Join the challenge I'm starting tomorrow Stop Binge Eating, that way when you're breaking to prevent starvation mode you don't overdo it. I'm in the challenge you mentioned and damn, do I want to accomplish it!
