My last weight in wasnt a real one, I accidently clicked on that thing, I swear!
Steady 0.4kg a day for the 2 days. I might be a bit deshydrated. compensating for the water by drinking a bit before weight in and adding about 200gr for now on.
Also my blood could get a bit acid, so I need some extra calcium to compensate for the effect: explains why I was craving milk and fish during my last shopping. I couldnt quite decrypt that on the moment. [no problem : ) ]
The ketosis changes the way the body processes energy, a gr of fat is converted into Ketonic Bodies which give 7 calories of energy per gram instead of the usual 9.
Plus the body then prefers to burn Ketone Bodies instead of the good old proteins. Those being used for muscular maintenance, limiting muscular catabolism.
