The ultimate diet food, eating to lose weight
yeah i did eat that this summer in japan, it's not super tasty though, but if somebody has problems with cravings, this really annihilate the very idea of eating.
Not sure it's worth ordering as a miracle powder or something but well, you can give it a try.

Good Scale

they say the tanita is good, I do have one, Can't recall the exact model. But it was pretty cheap and very accurate when it comes to weight.
It also has a 'body fat' option but I never were so sure it worked well. But it's still recording the overall evolution even if the number might be wrong.
