Hello, sodium bloat!!! I'd say it will be gone tomorrow, but I have at least three more meals of the spaghetti pescatora and I'm not sure that it's something that will freeze well, so will need to work my way through it. The dish did not taste salty at all, it was actually pretty amazing and that bar is set pretty high from me. I know they're buying the seafood right off the docks right now and that's going to be ending this next week, most likely, which is why I chose this dish for my takeout meal. Like paella flavors, but with pasta (sans saffron). Heaven, actually. Plans are to cut it with some spinach and grilled chicken to mix things up.

I did work out in the yard all day yesterday, I'd say there's only a little left, but things keep growing and I'm out of green containers already, so don't know what I'm going to do there. It's all a good workout though and I'm not stuck at a desk, so I'm happy. Car wash Sunday, enjoy this fantastic day.

It was amazing. Al dente with garlic sauce, no cream. If you can get the seafood, do it!

Meal(s) looks wonderful! Worth the salty impact I'm sure. I'm glad you let your captive go! 😁 Yard and garden work are just the best. A workout with immediate visual rewards!
