i moved from hongkong on 6/9..so till now.. it has been more than a month for me staying in seattle..mm before i left, there was a body checking session for me..and 135lbs was the weight that they recorded..but i even had a trip in toronto in september..so i bet i must have gained some weight...
and now. i have lost more than 7lbs i guess!! i am now 128.2lbs!!
128.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
