I think I am doomed to not really lose this weight. I am doing my best to bring my lunch to work, but habits are hard to break or start back up (however you want to see it in this case). I have purchased my food at the cafeteria at work 3 days since I said I would bring my lunch to work for a month. Yesterday I blame my job though. They told us last week they were going to be feeding us to reward us for all of our good work lately. I thought that sounded great and didn't bring my lunch. They gave a "subs" and chips. The subs were half of a sandwich bun with a little bit of lunch meat and lettuce and tomato. With me just having a slim fast for breakfast, I was ready to eat a real sized sandwich. At least the size I would make for my own kids. I ended up buying a salted pretzel with cheese to fill myself up. I have no excuse for Friday or Saturday other than I just didn't feel like bringing my lunch.
The good news is that I picked up my thyroid pills on Friday and should be feeling better soon. I am going to work out to my new Biggest Loser work out video tonight after the kids go to be and after I watch Biggest Loser. I hope I like the video. If I do it will motivate me to exercise more often (another thing I have been neglecting in the last year and a half).

You are not doomed, you can loose the weight. The only way I have seen success at all is to just say "I am going to do this, this is for ME and no one is going to stop me." I work for a company that is fairly large and when the CEO is in town he buys everyone pizza when he is in town, for the longest time I battled with this until the last time he was in town and I brought my own lunch, I ate it at my own desk and enjoyed it as much as I normally would have and there were no suprises in the food and I can plan with out worrying. As for the breaking habbits, I used to eat out ALL the time, now I pack my lunch the night before (most nights) and that way its ready to go in the morning, if I really feel the need to eat out I take my lunch and eat it in the car or go to a park and eat it. You may notice a difference too now that you have your thyroid pills, I have noticed a reasonable stall when I don't have mine. Stay focused and don't give up you will get over this hurdle.

I'm thinking you and are aren't a fit match for supporting one another... lol We just don't communicate enough and have different schedules. Plus, I thought I was ready but ended up drinking pop AND eating candy when I said I wasn't going to. I haven't even weighed myself forever. Don't give up, though! If you can survive all you have and still keep moving forward, you can do anything! :)
