Odd.

I have no idea why I went back UP!!!! I am not happy about it though. I even went to the gym yesterday and I will have to now really watch my calories today because I went back up a pound and half!

I am so stressed out lately and I don't want to be. I need to eliminate the crap out of my life. I don't need it anymore. I just don't need it!
155.4 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 9.8 lb a week

Stress can cause you to hold onto weight. And exercise can sometimes cause your muscles to hold on to water too. Just stay with your plan and drink a lot of water to flush it out. I am sure it will melt away as fast as it showed up :) Also as many others have stated those last 10-20 lbs are the hardest :) If you feel good just stick with plan and try to be patient, though I know it is hard.

If you're weighing daily, don't be too worried when the number is a little wierd some days. Especially if you know that you've been doing the right things. Our bodies naturally fluctuate all the time, so unless it's a trend, I wouldn't worry too much. :)

I agree w/Sima & Renee. Drink plenty of water or green tea. You'll get back down. Think of how far you have come! One day at a time.
