I exercised 3-3.5 Hrs a Day last week, This week my exercise schedule will be as below - Now its written down I'm committed. Though after exercising for a significant amount of time and restricting my calories to approx 1300 Calories a day my weight loss was only 1.5Kgs (disappointing). This week I will have to keep an eye on my calorie intake to make sure I don't gain though not expecting any major weight loss.
Mon - 1.45 Mins Tue-Thu - 45 Mins a Day Fri - 1-1.5 Hrs Sat - 1-1.5 Hrs Sun - 1-1.5 Hrs
