Yeah, fairly chuffed with that. I know it's my first week back at it, and you can expect a good loss in first week. Hope for minimum 2lb off next week and I will be under 12 stone. First time for a while.

169.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
