I started using the YMCA Silversneaker Program this month. I have participated in the Silversneaker Senior Exercise Program and their Aquafit senior citizen water exercise classes. I am also using my Nordictrack exercise bike that my friend gave me.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 105.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
