Realizing I might be in perimenopause which explains a lot about some of my symptoms and also why it’s been the hardest to lose this time around. It’s amazing how much hormones play a role in everything. At least I’m still able to lose even though it’s modest compared to what I used to be able to lose doing the same things in the past.
