Started "Garcinia Cambogia" today to jump start weight loss. Keep going up then down, ad nausium; it sounds safe from all my research. Got 3 bottles, 3 mo., so will give it a fair try. Must find a way to go to Y. May have to hire Candy or Jessica (when approved) to keep Xander. Expense I can't afford daily, but can't afford to not exercise my knee and body for long term consequences.
214.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
