Feeling good about starting this week on the no empty calorie challenge, espically since I lost 2.5 pounds. I am going to be strong and focused on good food and exercise.The fat secret
162.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
