Back from Bimini did well. I normally go over there and completely fall off the diet wagon the whole weekend and am always back to sqare one when I get back. But this time I really watched what I ate and drank. I'm only up 1.2 and I'm ok with that. Because I would normally be up 3-5 pounds after a Bimini Weekend. Will be back down and below 160 by Wed. I have faith. Going to Gym Mon - Wed - Fri and Hot Yoga Tues and Thursday. I know I won't be at 155 by Wed like I had hoped to be and thats ok. So my new goal for Wed weigh in will be 158. New fitness goal - Ab Yoga before bed will start with every other.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
