Thank you Peat_68 but a long way off goal. I’m succeeding cos I’m off nightshade veg, gluten, red meat and wheat. I made cauliflower couscous with onion and it was delicious. The biggest effort was getting maize starch stock cubes. Kallo used to do them but changed their recipe recently so I’ve been buying up all old stock from farm shops.

Knorr stock pots are gluten free if that is any help to you.

layshan57 yes that as they might be but they contain potato starch :(
