I forgot to weight in the other day but recorded it in my journal and I HAVE dropped a little more.
I've reached my 160# goal.
YAY, time to set a new one and meet it.
Wow this is harder to do at 37 than it was at 29. Whats with that ZERO on the end that intensifies the difficulty. Oh well,time to show the age clock who's boss. I want to be fit when I turn 38 in January.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 44.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
