May16th, well i should have lost atleast 10 pounds by now but I am stressed because I hate where I'm currently living and have been using food as a comfort measure. However, I've been eating only raw carrots or celery as my stress snacker items. I'm still on 161. I haven't loss any, but more importantly, I haven't gained back what I did lose so this at least helps to motivate me to get back on track and get with the program.
