I just started 1 month ago following 1700 calorie diet. I was doing fine. I lost 7 lbs and then I hit a wall. Today I weighed myself and I gained 2.5 lbs. I absolutely stuck to the calories and I even played racquetball for 2 hours. How could this happen? I started out doing points with Weight watchers and lost 20 lbs. I rolled over to fatsecret losing 7 more lbs do you do points and calories?.........How do you do it?
