How do I keep myself from being discouraged when I go up 2 pounds overnight?!?! Then the next time I drop, it's not like it is 4 pounds. It's those 2 dark pounds and then the next round is when I will see the additional ones come off. I know there are many ways to measure success but this is just so incredibly frustrating!
237.8 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 15.4 lb a week
