I did ok during the day. then went to dinner with family and had salad bar. But I guess i might not have wanted to cottage cheese. or possiblly the ham had sugar. UGH Hidden carbs!
223.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 68.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
