Plateaued...so i went to see Reggie at Gladiator Nutrition for help. i started a new diet plan today. I will be weighing in every Friday and will have another body fat test done in 3 to 4 weeks. After that 2nd fat test we should be making some adjustments to the diet, exercise routine or both.
