Special day! No regrets! I'll balance things out with a low cal day today.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks you guys! Eva, what a positive thought. Yes, learning to balance intake is real life. We won't always eat low cal or conservatively, but knowing how to immediately reduce calories works for sure. ❤️

ha. I did better than that!! I had probably a full pound of ham and then 1.25 gallons of fluids after. put on 4# overnight. but it was sooooo tasty.
