did awful yesterday stress dude got hurt again this time its major a broken ankle his first day back i have not weighed in but i feel like a two pound gain stuffy watery eyes headache i dont feel like doing anything waiting on dish network then his conference
124.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
