feeling a bit blah today... my weight's gone up half a pound since Monday, hoping it's just a bit of water retention or something.
I need to cut back on the cals a bit as I know they've crept up the last could of days, need to get back in the 1200s or below and get some exercise.
I really want to get down to 190lbs before 10 November!
