It has been months since I have been tracking my eating and I have allowed myself to veer off course. I had lost 60lbs last year from the point I started and then things fell apart in September after losing my job. The stress of trying to find work and lack of money has taken its toll and I have let myself go. I weighed this morning not expecting to see such a great number, I knew I had gained but didnt realize I had gained nearly 20lbs back. It is unexceptable and I can't revert back to old habits.
I am back to reach my goals and do what is necessary to get healthy. Also need to do this for my daughter who has also put on a significant amount of weight due to bad habits and lack of discipline.
My goals are this by end of June I want to take off atleast 10-15lbs and by November I am hoping to have lost at least 60-70lbs.
Here goes nothing, I'm back in action.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

At least you're back and ready to get back into some healthy habits. My daughter is 11 and she had gained some weight last year and is now getting self conscious about it, and I realized that I couldn't just make healthy eating a routine for myself I have to involve my family too. It's hard to do this for ourselves, but easier to do it when we are trying to help our kids. I hope you reach your goals!!

You can do it. The stresses of life love to try and derail us. It is tough but just stay positive and think about your goals everyday.

You can do this for yourself and your daughter... You will feel better and both of your will be more healthy eating the right foods.
