I'm a blooming Yo-yo right now, but I have been avoiding the junk in the house and ate yogurt and banana for night snack, and the scales were kissed this morning!! Now to break the 200 mark....
200.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 50.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week
