I figured it would be right once I weighed myself first thing in the morning. I'm guessing since I did at nighttime it seemed higher...
221.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 71.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My weight is on average 3 pounds higher at night, than in the morning. I got in the habit of weighing while brushing my teeth in the morning, so I am consistent.
