So, I weighed in with no clothes and a properly calibrated scale and TADA! I'm a whole 10 lbs lighter! I'm both excited and slightly angry. I'm glad I lost the weight (I did lose 2 lbs last week), but I'm angry that the scales (brand new, btw) didn't come with a way to calibrate it properly.
But, oh well, 10 LBS (sort of)!
