I cheated today. I ate beef lo mein. It wasn't good, but I wanted it. So, I ate it. I've always heard that if you crave something, but you deny yourself, you'll just end up breaking down and gorging. I didn't want to gorge. So, I ate beef lo mein. Again, it wasn't good. And I'm paying for it. Therefore, it won't happen again.
