I have followed both of my challenges to a T. The only thing I wasn't able to do was work out, but at work I run up and down stairs all day...which for sure is enough to get my heart rate up and it is like cardio. I just don't get how I've gained weight...
Granted I also just weighed in at 9 at night...versus first thing in the morning, which is my usual time. I don't know, I think I'll just weigh in again in the morning and see if its different. If not...I don't know...
