CEA HOW

For 30 days I will call in my meals ahead of time at 8pm to Laurie my sponsor. I will attend 3 meetings a week and answer questions. I will weigh and measure my food.

I gained 10 pounds the week of Tass and Meg's wedding. I will get it off and get to the weight that I should be.

I will go to the HOW convention in CA in July and be able to walk and enjoy all that there is to do and feel good about myself.
161.3 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
