Since I returned from Europe I gained weight because I'm no longer exercising because I got sick. While there I indulged for which I'm not sorry and didn't gain weight because I was so active. I have been going in the wrong direction since returning and I want to change my attitude about slowing down. After my knee surgery in May 2013, I have allowed that to be an excuse for not exercising and I'm paying for that in weight gain. It's time to exercise every day of the week (5) days and sometimes 6 and journal all my food honestly. I changed to DASH diet which includes more fruits and veggies, less red meat and more fish.

CEA-HOW - I had to start over after eating gallons of ice cream, half a cherry pie. I'm working the program after reaching 170. God help me.
