it was really easy to follow my points thru the week. the only time i "cheated" was on sat at lunch--mex food! and again, sunday at lunch i had more mexican food (the leftovers). but the rest of the time i did stay under my points for each day!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's best to eat your daily points every day. People who eat under their points consistently sometimes stop losing. Your daily points are your minimum. The flex you can eat or not. But the more you eat while losing, the more you can eat while maintaining. In fact, some woman at my meeting said she couldn't figure out why she gained this week. She said she ate under her points. I said that was the problem. So eat those daily's and good luck.
