a.m. bf 27.9%

hovered between 149 and 150 all week! got so close to breaking 149! I'll keep at it this week. Thanksgiving Half Marathon is off the books. I'm having a serious pain in my hip/butt when running anything longer than 3 mi or hills. I'm starting P90X round 2 this week. this is going to present a challenge with eating since the program expends so many calories! I'm hoping it's enough to elicit a change/shock to my system since it is trying so hard to stay where it is.

let's see what we can accomplish this week!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
