I'm terrible at this! I get so depressed because of my appearance and letting myself down that I sit around, get fatter and look worse. Grand ideas each morning but they don't come to fruition by bedtime. All I need to do is keep moving and I fail myself quite often. I truly don't know how to motivate myself. Ugh!
