It's the start of a new week. I'm feeling a little scatter brained today but for the most part am doing okay. Been eating fairly well. Was surprised to find that I wasn't hungry much on Saturday and therefore didn't really need to eat a lot so dropped 2 lbs. LOL Yesterday I did okay, too, except for some STRANGE desire to eat potatoe chips (for hubby's lunch). I'm NOT buying him potatoe chips anymore! Just knowing they were in the garage made me want some. Dumb, dumb, DUMB! Gained 1/2 pound back from it. BLACHK!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ohhhhh I was going to suggest to you... since you have sooo much going on and the new school starting soon, that you print off a blank calendar. I would suggest a month print out and then fill it in with everything from work to school, plans with dates, etc and keep it with you. Pencil in all your activities/chores, etc and make sure to make "you" time in INK. =D lol I know what you mean,... I can't have food that is bad in the house or I WILL eat it. =S Sux. lol No will power there. Hey, at least you're down again! :) Get organized on paper and your mind will follow. ;)
