I am so frustrated right now with my weight. It has gone right back up to the weight I was before the October Counting Carb Challenge!

I have decided to just go with what I was doing before and stick with a balanced diet of fruits and vegetables and proteins. I had oatmeal this morning with a half an all bran bar. I think that this is a much better way to eat and balance myself and my diet.
154.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 14.0 lb a week

I know that i feel much better when I eat 'balanced' too. Just stick with what YOUR body works with. Whatever makes you feel the best and works for you, but make sure to give yourself some breathing room :]

Oh Strawberry, I think you know what needs to happen, it is easy to forget, geez, my weight has zigged and zagged so much! I am the largest and the only one in my family who has ever had to work to maintain my weight, this is depressing to me. I hope you feel better soon, just do what you know is right for you!
