I’ve typically only recorded losses but I appreciate people who are transparent about their struggles in this community and I want to strive to do the same. Definitely not beating myself up over this and feel like I’m on the right track. Hormones (stress and female) are always a challenge but trying to get those under control as well.
215.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
