WELL, this is the biggest up I've had to deal with. Maybe it's just overcorrecting, because being over in calories a few days would not cause a weight gain with net carbs under 10. Sooooo.. What to do? LOL.. Be aggravated and wait it out. Either this is a correction from an earlier weight OR just simply a normal fluctuation... or just MAYBE it's all this water from the challenge LOL.
We shall see :)
