Oh well, pooh. I forgot about the calories in the salad dressing. Well, worse things could happen. At least the carbs are down below where they are supposed to be.
I'm going to drink water til I can't sleep.. LOL

Yep, absolutely put the mayo on the jello. I learned to eat it that way almost 45 years ago... LOL. Grosses most people (other than my sister) out.

I also use mayo as a "dip" for meats. Try using it kind of like you would ranch dip. To me it is the easiest way to fix a fat deficit in your diet if you're trying to maintain a good ration between fats/proteins. Besides the fact that I love it, Kraft is carb free.

Actually, mayo is all we ever used for salad dressing as kids.. go figure.

Hey, whatever works! And it sounds like you enjoy it :) I am not sure I am ready to try jello + mayo, but I do like dipping meats in mayo. Especially the leftover, cold kind.

HAHA, we must be twins. COLD meat dipped in mayo. Trust me, if you're good with that you'll love the SF Jello topped with mayo. Let me know when you give in and try it!!
