Wow, i am in love with my new scale. It told me i lost 3 pounds. Its digital, which is better than the one at the gym which is like the old ones you see at the doctors office. After watching my caloric intake for a week, it is amazing to see what i was putting in my mouth. So much fat, HUGE portions, and exceeding a 2000 calories in one meal. Its no wonder i have ballooned up to my heaviest weight in 2 years. Not to mention only eating out at fast food restaurants, because my boy friend hates to go to the grocery store. I am going to change this, and start portioning, and maybe weighing food which should help me visualize proper portions. If anyone has anything that could help me please feel free to give me all the advice you can. I am tired of being over weight and not even 25 yet.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
