saw a little bit of change for the better this morning! It's always a constant struggle with my other half around. He's a complete and utter carbovore! It's hard to have me eat veggies while he munches on carbs. And I watch. And I get jealous. So yesterday we had taco's in lettuce leaves instead of tortilla's and he grimaced at the idea but i was uncaring. They were still really good and I could eat 3 instead of 1! Tonight on the other hand is going to be a bit tougher. We're having veggie burgers. I do have 100% whole wheat buns. ther're about 100 cals a pop. the burgers themselves are 100 cals each. errrr. I'm going to let him have the buns and I'm going to have mine wrapped in lettuce. it's just not very easy for me. plus he needs at least double the amount of calories that i need.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
