Only 200g weight loss this week, poor considering the amount of exercise i have done, its pretty disheartening to do all that work and not see a better result
235.5 lb Lost so far: 75.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

hi darren, cut down on sugar as in potato,pasta,bread, which your body converts to sugar and get your cabs from all other veg,hope this helps
