Today I declare, no more junk food. After mindlessly grabbing a small bag of chips and eating the whole bag (like I have so many times before) I realized one bag was 13g of fat. I only really just started paying more close attention to my fat intake, but I know you need to track that just as much as counting calories. I feel awful. I can't do that anymore. its gonna take a lot of work, but it needs to happen.
