Wow -- Another 1.5lbs. What do you want to bet I go back up again tomorrow? Seems to be a pretty steady pattern; down, then up, then down, then even, then drop, then up, then down, then even, then drop. I am a strange person!!

New personal low, though, so I am happy with that.

Onwards and upwards!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Actually you are quite normal with the flucking fluctuations lol, you are doing very well as the ups are not getting you down! Look at your weight graph the major trend is down toward the blue line! Congratulations on making it happen. TOWANDA!!!!!
