feeling a little healthier, going to try mtn biking this afternoon. a little discouraged that I'm down over 20 pounds and only a quarter of the way to my goal. This much of a drop in weight isn't even visible on the outside.
238.1 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 73.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
