I'm on my feet all day at my job, and consistently walk over 5,000 steps at work, sometimes over 13,000. I do a lot of heavy lifting as well. I definitely don't eat as many cals as I expend, so I believe this gain is muscle.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
