September was tough. so tired...adjusting to new diet. never did exrcise but still feel good! got a good average cals 2 months in a row! i feel so good. love the new old closet! doing good
256.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
