I am taking dairy out of my diet for the next 28 days. At which time I will add 1 item at a time to see if dairy is part of the reason I bloat.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
