I have new found motivation. Comparing pictures from May to now, I SEE a difference. It felt so good to not be the fattest person at the meet & greet last week. I need to work, work, work.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
